From the location, the apartment is located very centrally next to Vienna Mitte Landstraße. It takes about 2 minutes to get to the station, the U3 + U4 station or the tram. But by bike you are always the fastest;)
All food shops, pharmacies or other shops are within 5 minutes.
If you like being in the green, you don't have much to do with it. The city park is a 5-minute walk away. Otherwise you are also in 5 min at the Danube Canal or 10 min in the Prater Park.

Von der Lage her befindet sich die Wohnung sehr zentral direkt bei Wien Mitte Landstraße. Man braucht also etwa 2 min zum Bahnhof, der U-Bahnstation (U3+U4) oder zur Straßenbahn. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man jedoch immer am schnellsten ;)
Sämtliche Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke oder sonstige Läden sind alle im Umkreis von 5 min zu erreichen.
Ist man gerne im Grünen, hat man es auch hierfür nicht weit. Der Stadtpark ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist man aber auch in 5 min beim Donaukanal oder 10 min im Praterpark.

We are following the interest of community housing. This means shared fridge (with vegetables from the Solawi), WG cash box, joint cleaning parties and if necessary WG plena. A lot is cooked and eaten together. The exchange between us is important. We regularly take joint trips or activities to avoid one another. We need to create a living room where everyone feels at home and at home.

We're a five-member family. From February, however, two people leave us. Those who stay are...
Since February 2024 we have been living in this residential community, which we collectively organize and set up together. Erasmus, training,...: even if our composition will change a lot this winter, it is important to me and Fiona to continue this way of life that has been tested so far. The food purchases (vegan and vegetarian) are paid from the common WG cash register. The communist order of our refrigerator is: for all or name label;)) We share the budgetary tasks ourselves, without any cleaning plan or anything like that. Is cooked, then more and for all, we are happy to let the day end together (nice conversations, games, creative projects...). Our everyday life looks very different, the more we are happy about spontaneous exchange as well as planned activities (climbing, demos, game evenings...). Every two weeks, at a meeting of the WG, we create the framework for talking about our living together. None of the common plans are ever forced, because we care about warm co-operation, it is important to us that you can also imagine WG-cashier, refrigerator-communism and WG-Plena!:))

From the first generation we only stay in two, but from March our first new roommate will be added:)) But we look forward to new people and fresh wind in the WG.

Fiona & Laura: In our fantasy world of shared childhood days, we were witch sisters, but since we live together, the plants in our apartment are still dependent on Fiona's magic (today Fiona wants to secularize my mystical thinking and says it's only water, but my water they never want). Otherwise Fiona is happy and always looking for a job. Their painting sessions are also quite wonderful, whose relics are to be admired on walls and on canvas walls throughout the WG;)). Sometimes Fiona is also very enthusiastic about cooking, so if you are looking for chili or lemon muffins at unconventional times, you could be lucky!
Laura breathes philosophy and pisses black tea, but both of course only with taste! Analytical philosophy leads to difficulty in breathing, a cup of too long drawn teas and we are close to the allergic shock, both combined in the wrong political program: multiple organ failure. And else and outside? In addition to the study of philosophy, Laura is the proud owner of at least five necessary bikes, politically engaged and always for a boulder or climbing session.

Flo comes to Vienna for half a year, currently she lives in the Netherlands. She studies social work and works with children on a social-educational level. She likes to go to museums, theatres, second hand shops and cafes. She is always available for a round of football.

For the 5th We also look for a person.

Wir verfolgen das Interesse eines gemeinschaftlichen Wohnens. Das bedeutet geteilter Kühlschrank (mit Gemüse von der Solawi), WG-Kasse, gemeinsame Putzpartys und wenn nötig WG-Plena. Es wird viel gemeinsam gekocht und gegessen. Der Austausch untereinander ist uns wichtig. Wir unternehmen regelmäßig gemeinsame Ausflüge bzw. Aktivitäten, um einem aneinander Vorbeileben aus dem Weg zu gehen. Uns ist es wichtig einen Wohnraum zu schaffen in dem sich alle zu Hause und Wohl fühlen.

Seit Februar 2024 wohnen wir zu fünft in dieser Wohngemeinschaft, die wir kollektiv organisierern und gemeinsam neu gründeten. Erasmus, Ausbildung, ...: auch wenn sich unsere Zusammensetzung diesen Winter stark verändern wird, ist es Fiona und mir wichtig diese bisher erprobte Lebensweise weiterzuführen. Die Essenseinkäufe (vegan und vegetarisch) werden aus der gemeinsamen WG-Kasse bezahlt. Die kommunistische Ordnung unseres Kühlschranks heißt: für alle oder Namensetikette ;)) Die Haushaltsaufgaben teilen wir selbstbestimmt, ganz ohne Putzplan oder ähnlichem. Wird gekocht, dann mehr und für alle, wir freuen uns, wenn wir den Tag Abends noch gemeinsam ausklingen lassen (schöne Gespräche, Spiele, kreative Projekte...). Unser Alltag sieht ja doch sehr unterschiedlich aus, umso mehr freuen wir uns über spontanen Austausch aber auch geplante Aktivitäten (Klettern, Demos, Spieleabende...). Alle zwei Wochen schaffen wir bei einem WG-Plenum den Rahmen, über unser Zusammenleben zu reden. Keine der gemeinsamen Pläne sind je Zwang, weil uns ein warmes Miteinander aber wichtig ist, ist es uns wichtig, dass auch du dir WG-Kasse, Kühlschrank-Kommunismus und WG-Plena vorstellen kannst! :))

Wir Familie Passwort (warum wir so heißen wirst du bei einem Besuch bei uns noch herausfinden) waren eine 5-köpfige Familie:
Aus der ersten Generation bleiben wir erstmal nur zu zweit, aber ab März kommt schon unsere erste neue Mitbewohnerin dazu :)) Wir freuen uns aber auf neue Leute und frischen Wind in der WG.

Fiona & Laura: In unserer Phantasiewelt geteilter Kindheitstage waren wir Hexenschwestern, seit wir zusammen wohnen sind die Pflanzen in unserer Wohnung aber immer noch auf Fionas Magie angewiesen (heute will Fiona mein mystisches Denken säkularisieren und sagt es sei nur Wasser, mein Wasser wollen sie aber nie). Ansonsten ist Fiona gerne und immer mal wieder auf Jobsuche. Ganz wunderbar sind außerdem ihre Mal-Sessions, deren Relikte an Wänden und auf Leinwänden in der ganzen WG zu bestaunen sind ;)). Manchmal ist Fiona auch sehr kochbegeistert, wenn es dir also zu unkonventionellen Zeiten nach Chili oder Zitronenmuffins gelüstet, könntest du Glück haben!
Laura atmet Philosophie und pisst Schwarztee, aber beides natürlich nur mit Geschmack! Analytische Philosophie führt zu Atemnot, eine Tasse zu lang gezogenen Tees und wir sind dem allergischen Schock nahe, beides im falschen politischen Programm vereint: multiples Organversagen. Und ansonsten und außerhalb? Neben des Philosophie-Studiums ist Laura stolze Besitzerin von mindestens fünf renovierungsbedürftigen Fahrrädern, politisch engagiert und immer für eine Boulder- oder Kletter-Session zu haben.

Flo kommt für ein halbes Jahr nach Wien, aktuell wohnt sie in den Niederlanden. Sie studiert Soziale Arbeit und arbeitet auf sozialpädagogischer Ebene mit Kindern zusammen. Sie geht super gerne in Museen, Theater, Second Hand Läden und Cafés. Für eine Runde Fußball ist sie auch immer zu haben.

Für das 5. Zimmer suchen wir ebenfalls noch eine Person.
