Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, in Margareten aber gleich neben Wieden; das heißt, bis zum Karlsplatz sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Rad oder 10
Minuten zu Fuß. Der Bus 13a ist 3 Minuten, die U4 Kettenbrückengasse 7 Minuten, der Bus 57a ist 5 Minuten und die 1er Straßenbahn 8 Minuten entfernt. In der lieben Margaretenstraße und generell in der Gegend gibt es viele tolle Geschäfte (Bars, Restaurants, Street Food, Eisshops,
Carla Mittersteig, Blockfabrik). Dafür ist die Straße glücklicherweise ziemlich ruhig in der Nacht.

The appartement is perfectly situated: In the district called Margareten, but directly next to Wieden, that means it's only 5 minutes with the bike or
10 minutes by foot to the Karlsplatz.
The 13a bus is 3 minutes away, the U4 Kettenbrückengasse 7 minutes, the 57a bus 5 minutes and the 1 tram 8 minutes.
In the Margaretenstraße and area there are a lot of cool stores - bars, restaurants, street food, ice cream, Carla Mittersteig (second hand store for
literally everything) and Blockfabrik (a bouldering gym). Nevertheless the street is thankfully pretty calm at night

In our awesome student WG we are looking for a new roommate *, as Sarah will unfortunately move out at the beginning of March. This means that Olivier is the only one who stays here, and we have only reoccupied the other two rooms this month.
Short information ahead: to get the apartment you must either study or do a training / teaching; Since it is part of a student residence umbrella association.

About us:
We are three active, enthusiastic people and look forward to a new face:)
Olivier is 29 years old, comes from Montréal and is currently studying singing at the MUK (master's degree). He loves many things, including making music
(duh), theatre, boulders, table tennis, parkour, math, physics, programming, thrilling, learning and teaching languages. His mother tongue is
French and he also speaks German, English; he learns Italian, Russian, Polish and Chinese. If your mother tongue is not in the
If a list is found, he will probably want to learn it.

(Sarah (25), lives in Vienna for 5 years and comes from Munich. She came to Vienna to study biology and just made a Bachelor's degree in zoology. That's why she's moving out on March 1.)

The other two people with whom you will live in addition to Olivier are called Peter (from the USA) and Louisa (German-French). They're both students. There's no more information about them since they have to move in.

We like to eat together, chill, do sports, go for a beer when it comes to time, but of course we leave each other the space we need. We also attach great importance to cleanliness and order. We are looking for nice, open roommates who can identify with this "Vibe."

In unserer awesomen Studenten-WG suchen wir eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in, da Sarah leider Anfang März ausziehen wird. Das bedeutet, Olivier ist der einzige, der hier wohnen bleibt, und wir haben die zwei anderen Zimmer auch erst diesen Monat neu besetzt.
Kurze Info voraus: um die Wohnung bekommen muss man entweder studieren oder eine Ausbildung/Lehre machen; da sie zu einem Studentenwohnheim-Dachverband gehört.

Über uns:
Wir sind drei aktive, begeisterte Menschen und freuen uns auf ein neues Gesicht :)
Olivier ist 29 jahre alt, kommt aus Montréal und studiert zurzeit Gesang an der MUK (Masterstudium). Er liebt viele Sachen, inklusive Musikmachen
(duh), Theater, Bouldern, Tischtennis, Parkour, Mathe, Physik, Programmieren, Thriftshopping, Sprachen lernen und lehren. Seine Muttersprache ist
Französisch und er spricht auch Deutsch, Englisch; lernt Italienisch, Russisch, Polnisch und Chinesisch. Falls deine Muttersprache sich nicht in der
Liste befindet, wird er sie warscheinlich dazu lernen wollen.

(Sarah(25), wohnt seit 5 Jahren in Wien und kommt aus München. Sie ist nach Wien gekommen, um Biologie zu studieren und hat gerade den Bachelor in Zoologie gemacht. Deshalb zieht sie zum 1.März dann aus.)

Die zwei anderen Menschen, mit denen du zusätzlich zu Olivier leben wirst, heißen Peter(aus den USA) und Louisa(deutsch-französisch). Sie sind beide auch Studenten. Es stehen noch nicht mehr Infos zu ihnen da sie erstmal einziehen müssen.

Wir essen gerne ab und zu zusammen, chillen, treiben Sport, gehen ein Bier trinken wenn es sich mit der Zeit ausgeht, aber natürlich lassen wir einander den Raum, den wir brauchen. Wir legen außerdem großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Wir suchen nette, offene Mitbewohner*innen, die sich mit diesem "Vibe" identifizieren können.
