I have to give my room to Vienna. It is 25sqm tall and flooded with light. Due to the high ceilings, wing doors and fishbed floor it has the classic Vienna-Flair✨ The room is rented unfurnished. If you are interested, the load rule could be taken over for a small amount, otherwise, of course, I will ensure that it is sold further in time.

We do not have a living room, but a bright hall where we can sit together or in summer the wonderful roof terrace with a great view over Vienna!

As I move to Cologne professionally and currently have no fixed stay there, my move will take place sometime in March or April. So it would be great if you were a bit flexible in time. I should get a feedback next week and can then say more about the withdrawal date😊

The apartment is located directly on the Danube Canal between Peace Bridge (U4,5,33) and Roßauer Lände. We are also 10 minutes' walk from Franz Josef Station, which is quite cool because there is one of the fewest supermarkets (Billa), which has opened Sundays, holidays and Saturdays after 6 pm

You will live together with my two dear roommates Sara (25) and Dorian (23)! The two have only moved in with me in the summer, but have found a nice dynamic together quite quickly. Every now and again we do things together, make cooking or game evenings, go together to celebrate or spend time on the roof terrace. There the one or other cigarette is then smoked and a glass of wine or beer is ribbed. Living together is very relaxed and we can always communicate openly about everything. There is not a cleaning plan, as we are just talking weekly:)

Since we had to buy the kitchen a year ago, I would sell it in proportion! If this is not a problem for you, we look forward to a short presentation text from you and we can arrange a phone call or facetime call for better knowledge. We are still looking forward to seeing you personally:)💫
