The apartment has a total of 6 rooms, a large kitchen, a bathroom and two separate toilets. The entrance area is also very large and can still be designed as desired.
The bedrooms are of different sizes, but even the smallest room is easy to use thanks to built-in wardrobes. Two of the rooms face the rear courtyard and the remaining four face the street. All rooms are relatively bright and quiet. All rooms have beautiful wooden floors and many also have stucco.
The furniture in the apartment is still from the previous tenants and can all be given away. So the flat is virtually empty and can be arranged freely and together as it suits us.
Currently all rooms are still available and we can discuss who is getting which room personally :)
The apartment is located in the Esterhazygasse, a side street of Mariahilferstraße, and thus very centrally. The road is very quiet and even in the summers to the street has no noise. Public transport, as well as shopping opportunities (Hofer and DM) can be reached directly around the corner and quickly. In the area there are also many nice cafes (kafka and jelinek), bars and restaurants. The Westbahnhof is also easy to reach.

Hello,
After 3.5 years of study, we leave the Netherlands to build a home together in Vienna. Living together means not only sharing the living space, but actively shaping the space and sharing political values. We have a pleasure in a solidar open space where space is actively created for each other. We enjoy inviting people to brunch, cook for each other, play, or host a social event.
It is important to us that care work does not remain in a person, and have the expectation that each person is actively involved (putting, emotional work, shopping, etc.).
Generally, we are happy to share things and not live individually. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable with it and how exactly this can look out (common account, or collective shopping) we can talk about a coffee.
Just a few words to us:
Lenna (they) can be found either when reading, cooking, or drinking coffee. Climbing, cycling or creative stuff is also one of the favorite interests. Lenna has a very open and warm way and is always set up to kick. That makes it always nice to spend time together :)
Lotte (she/her) is a sports cannon. Whether workout, cycle, drill, stretching- for one of the many activities it is always to have. Lottes Morgen starts with a café and book and since the newest
she is also for a beer in the evening. Lotte's head smokes full of input that she has and shares and is not tired yet to keep an open ear for her loved ones.

Hello,
After 3.5 years of studying we are now leaving the Netherlands to build a home together in Vienna. For us, living together doesn't just mean sharing living space, but engaging the space together and sharing political values. We want an open space based on Solidarity, where space is created for each other. We enjoy listening people over, having brunch together, cooking for each other, playing games or hosting the odd social event.
It is important to us that care work is not left to one person, and have the expectation that everyone is involved (cleaning, emotional, shopping, etc.).
In general, we like to share and not live past each other individually. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable with this and how exactly this can look like (joint account, or collective shopping) we can discuss over a coffee.
A few words about us:
Lenna (she/he) can be found either reading, cooking, or drinking coffee. Climbing, biking or creative stuff are among her favorite interests. Lenna has a very open and warm nature and is always up for a chat. That always makes it nice to donate time together :)
Lotte (she/her) is a sports fan. Whether it's a workout, cycling, bouldering or stretching - she's always up for one of the many. Lotte's mornings start with a coffee and a book and recently
she is also available for a beer in the evening. Lotte's head is full of the input she has and shares, but she never tires of keeping an open ear for her loved ones.
