We (Ole and Helen) rent a room in our shared apartment from January as Helen will work in Linz from January. We rent the room from Monday to Friday and you would then live with Ole under the week.
The room is about 14sqm tall and east (Morgensonne!) in a quiet, green courtyard. You can set it up to your taste, and if you want to stay for the weekend, you'll be able to fix it.

Our apartment is located in the 8th district near U6 Station Josefstädter Straße. Supermarket and Öffis (U6, 2er, 5er,..) are just outside the door. In addition, we are surrounded by table tennis boards (Hammerlinpark, Tigerpark,..) and the Yppenplatz with its beautiful cafés is also right around the corner.

Your main Wg partner would be Ole (30), Helen (28) but, depending on the schedule, is also under the week in Vienna.
We are both working and therefore go to bed early and get up early. Therefore we are also looking for someone whose daily rhythm is about ours :).
Of course you can use washing machine, coffee machine etc.

The rent is limited to 3 months since we have not rented the room so far. If we notice that it fits well for everyone, we can also talk about an extension.
