The old farmhouse extends over 3 floors.
The ceiling height is 2.2 m on the 1st floor and 2.1 m on the ground floor.
There is another smaller room with 10.5 m² on the 1st floor which should cost 320 € warm.
Das alte Bauernhaus erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen.
Die Deckenhöhe beträgt 2,2 m im 1.OG und 2.1 m im EG.
Es gibt noch ein kleineres Zimmer mit 10,5 m² im 1.OG welches 320 € Warm kosten soll.
Wenn ihr Interesse an einer Wohngemeinschaft in einer ländlichen Region habt, dann könnte das etwas für euch sein. Der Hof bietet viel Freiraum und liegt an einer der beliebtesten Spaziergangs-Strecken zwischen Ermengerst und Wiggensbach, in 5 Minuten Entfernung zum Freibad ;-)
Der Garten wird von den anderen 2 Parteien (aktuell 2 Pärchen), welche am Hof leben genutzt, Platz für eigene Projekte lässt sich aber um den Hof finden (Gärtnern, Gemüsebeete, etc.)
Die Landwirtschaft ist weitestgehend inaktiv, ab und zu fahren noch Traktoren und mähen die Felder.
If you are interested in a shared apartment in a rural area, then this could be something for you. The farm offers a lot of free space and is located on one of the most popular walking routes between Ermengerst and Wiggensbach, in 5 minutes distance to the outdoor pool ;-)
The garden is used by the other 2 parties (currently 2 couples) who live at the farm, but space for own projects can be found around the farm (gardening, vegetable beds, etc.)
Farming is largely inactive, but sometimes they are cutting grass for feedstock.
So far Nils, Gabriel and Linda live in the WG, and there is still room for up to 2 more people.
We speak French, English and German (Belgium, Cameroon and Germany).
There are already 3 couples living in adjacent apartments, but we need to be interested only in the use of the garden.
The apartment is fully equipped with refrigerator incl. freezer, dishwasher, stove and washing machine.
There is also a 2nd eat-in kitchen on the 2nd floor that can be shared if needed. Otherwise, we are always happy to accept guests.
There is the possibility to take over / reuse some cabinets and desks free of charge.
Bisher leben Nils, Gabriel und Linda in der WG, und es ist noch Platz für bis zu 2 weitere Personen.
Verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen, gehen an einen See, spielen Brettspiele oder helfen bei Tätigkeiten um das Haus mit (Garten, etc.)
Es wohnen bereits 3 Paare in anliegenden Wohnungen, das braucht uns aber nur bei der Verwendung des Gartens zu interessieren.
Die Wohnung ist vollausgestattet mit Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Herd und Waschmaschine.
Es gibt auch eine 2. Wohnküche im 2. OG, die bei Bedarf mitverwendet werden kann. Sonst nehmen wir auch immer gerne Gästi auf.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit einige Schränke und Schreibtische kostenfrei zu übernehmen/weiterzuverwenden.
Wenn ihr Lust auf eine ruhige Lage mit viel Freiraum in einem alten Bauernhaus habt, dann freuen wir uns über eure Anfrage.
