Die eingestellten Fotos zeigen die beispielhaft vollständig möblierte Wohnung, diese befindet sich in Witten Mitte, nahe zur UWH Witten/Herdecke, zur TU Dortmund und zur RUB Bochum.
In dieser sehr hellen Etagenwohnung im 1.OG mit großen Fenstern gibt es seit Oktober insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 davon mit Morgensonne 20m² und 17m² groß und 1 mit Abendsonne, 17m² groß. Die beiden 17m² Zimmer kosten jeweils 450€ all incl., das 20m² Zimmer 500€ pro Bewohner.
Die Wohnung wurde 2023 auf einen neuen Stand gebracht und ist voll ausgestattet. Elektrische Rolläden an 2fach verglasten Fenstern, teilweise neue Bodenbeläge. Die Zimmer/Wohnung werden möbliert angeboten und sind ausgestattet mit Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Schrank, Teppich, Lampen etc. Die Miete ist inklusive der Nebenkosten. Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockenraum zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.
Sie ist gedacht für Personen die einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt oder ein Erasmus Semester planen und nur mit Koffer und ihren persönlichen Sachen anreisen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. sind vorhanden, eine Anmeldung bei der Stadt ist selbstverständlich möglich. Central but quiet dead end location in a traffic-calmed area. It is the middle apartment in a detached house with a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens. Very quiet location despite good connections, nice neighborhood and a pleasant living atmosphere right on the Rheinischer Esel (old railway line that has been converted into a cycle and footpath). A good bakery is within easy walking distance, as is an excellent supermarket. You can walk to Witten city center or the UWH in 10-15 minutes. Public transport with good connections to Bochum and Dortmund is a three-minute walk away. Two or three people can live wonderfully in this apartment. The shared apartment life will have to find its feet first. Potential interested parties are expected to introduce themselves in detail in order to ensure the best possible composition of the shared apartment.
Zentrale aber ruhige Sackgassenlage in verkehrsberuhigter Gegend. Es ist die mittlere Wohnung in einem freistehenden Haus mit schönem Blick in die umliegenden Gärten. Sehr ruhig gelegen trotz guter Anbindung, nette Nachbarschaft und eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre direkt am Rheinischen Esel (alte Bahntrasse die zum Rad- und Fußweg ausgebaut wurde). Ein guter Bäcker ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso ein ausgezeichneter Supermarkt. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Witten oder auch an der UWH. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr mit guter Anbindung nach Bochum und Dortmund ist in drei Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

Die Möblierung kann noch ergänzt oder getauscht werden. Die Möbel auf dem Foto werden gegen Bett, Tisch, Schrank, Stühle, Regal ausgetauscht um daraus einen privaten Raum zu machen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für max. 3 Personen gut geeignet.
Die Zimmerpreise variieren ja nach Größe. Die genaue Mietzeit muss persönlich abgesprochen werden. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank, die neu eingebaut wurde. Direkt anschließend ein Ess- und Wohn-oder Gemeinschaftszimmer mit Tisch und Stühlen. Sollten 3 Personen dort wohnen wollen, würde das Wohnzimmer mit der Couch in ein WG-Zimmer umfunktioniert werden, indem zwischen Ess- und Wohnzimmer eine Wand mit Tür in Trockenbauweise neu eingefügt würde.
Die UWH ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenfalls das Marienhospital Witten und das Bundesknappschaftskrankenhaus in Langendreer für Praktika, die RUB in Bochum und auch die TU in Dortmund sind gut zu erreichen, da das Haus sich an der Stadtgrenze zu Bochum-Langendreer befindet und gut an den ÖPNV angeschlossen ist.
