student looking for accommodation in Witz

I am Ali, 25 years old and I'm coming to Witzenhausen this October. I start my master in Uni Kassel (Witzenhausen campus). I have lived in a shared apartment during my bachelors, which made me realize it's important to cooperate, have fun together, respect each other's space, and maintain the rooms clean.
I come from Iran and what I would describe myself as both calm and sociable. I enjoy socializing with other people. I have a strong commitment to keeping my environment tidy. I listen to lots of Music and go to Gym. I plan to visit my brother, who also lives in Germany, on some weekends. I will arrive in Germany on September 27th.
