Die WG liegt direkt am Schillerteich. Trotz Innenstadtlage ist für ausreichend Grün durch angrenzenden Park und Teich gesorgt.
Man braucht 15 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof, 10 Gehminuten zur FH und 5min zur Fußgängerzone/ City Galerie. Ein EDEKA mit extralangen Öffnungszeiten ist gleich um die Ecke.

The WG is located directly at the Schillerteich. Despite the city center location, there is enough green space due to the adjacent park and pond.
It takes 15 minutes to walk to the train station, 10 minutes to walk to the FH and 5 minutes to the pedestrian zone / City Galerie. An EDEKA supermarkt with extra long opening hours is just around the corner.

Unsere WG besteht aus einzelnen WG-Zimmern, einem Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Spülmaschine, einem Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne sowie einem Gäste-WC.
Im Wohnzimmer kann man es sich gerne gemütlich machen, gemeinsam kochen oder die Ruhe in unseren Zimmern genießen. Unser Motto lautet "Alles kann, nichts muss" :) In den warmen Monaten bietet sich der Schillerteich zum Entspannen, Spazierengehen oder Joggen an.
Aktuell leben zwei Männer in der WG: Ein Doktorand (30 j.a) und ein Student an der TU Braunschweig (29 j.a), beide arbeiten bei VW. Beide sind unkompliziert und nett.

Our shared apartment consists of individual bedrooms, a communal living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a washing machine and bathtub, and a guest toilet.
Feel free to make yourself comfortable in the living room, cook together, or enjoy some quiet time in our rooms. Our motto is "Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory" :) During the warmer months, the Schillerteich is perfect for relaxing, taking a stroll, or jogging.
Currently, two guys live in the shared apartment: a doctoral student and a student at TU Braunschweig, both working at VW. Both are easy-going and friendly.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 343€ und beinhaltet bereits Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag (GEZ). Die Möbelumlage für das WG-Zimmer beträgt 150€, während für die vorhandenen Möbel in der restlichen WG (Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer) 355€ berechnet werden.
Die Kaution (für die Miete des Zimmers) beläuft sich auf 475€.
Besichtigungstermine können online oder auch gerne persönlich vereinbart werden.

The total rent of 343€ already includes internet and broadcasting fees (GEZ). The furniture contribution for the individual room in the shared apartment is 150€, while it is 355€ for the existing furniture in the rest of the shared apartment (kitchen, bathroom, living room).
The security deposit amounts to 475€.
Viewing appointments can be arranged in person. However, please note that between September 1st and 13th, nobody will be present in the shared apartment, so all viewing appointments during this period will be conducted online only.
