I am a new student from Bangladesh

I am a new student from Bangladesh. I need accommodation to stay.I will committed to my landlord that I will follow Their terms and consideration to maintain their calmness. I will pay the rent in time.I will always concern about thir property so that it will not harm by me.I will try to maintain a good relationship with my neighbours so that a good environment will stay.I will not do anything what the landlord prevent me to do.I am from a developing country so I know the german people are very international students friendly. They welcome persons from different Cultures that's why I believe they will welcome me as their new neighbour.I like calmness so i will concern others calmness.The landlord's property will my highest Priority to stay safe.
