Das Zimmer ist meines Erachtens das schönste der Wohnung. Hat sogar eine separate Eingangstür. Liegt direkt neben dem Bad. Muss noch renoviert werden kann dafür aber nach komplett eigenen Vorstellungen gemacht werden. Das grundlegende Material ist schon vorhanden. Da ich einmal Maler gelernt habe würde ich das auch übernehmen.
Die Wohnung ist vom Bahnhof mit sbahn Anbindung in max. 10min. Zu erreichen. Du bist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß im Wald und in 12 am See. Es gibt auch einen Garten. Tiere sind erlaubt und für mich kein Problem. Okay Spinnen sind doof!
Langfristig möchte ich meinen Lebensmittelpunkt nach Leipzig verlegen, da dort meine Tochter wohnt. Ich bin so schon sehr selten zu Hause und vermiete daher quasi die ganze Wohnung. Jedoch brauch ich eines der drei Zimmer für mich zm ab und an mal da zu pennen und so.
Ich bin jederzeit per Mail und sehr unterschiedlich per Telefon zu erreichen (Schichtarbeit) einfach probieren. Wir können über alles reden und auch eine individuelle Lösung finden.
