The photos attached are from when it was unfurnished but now it is fully furnished, it has a washing machine and dishwasher too. Viewings can be done online or offline. A shared room in available in a newly renovated apartment. The room is fully furnished with bed, mattress, table, chair and cupboard. The rent includes heating and electricity. The apartment has people from all diversities and we all share nice time in the kitchen cooking and chatting. There is a big bathroom with shower area, toilet and bathtub which is shared and also a guest toilet. The kitchen big with all the utensils you need. There is Rewe and Norma, 2 mins away. There is Aldi and Lidl also 10 mins away. The nearest bus stop is 5 mins away and the nearest station is 10mins away. The room is sublet for 1 month till march and after that you can have a contract with city registration. City registration can be provided earlier upon discussion. The room needs to be filled urgently, so please be sure then only contact.
