Wer hat Lust auf eine entspannte 2-er WG mit viel Platz (110 qm + 27 qm Terrasse + 200 qm Garten? Du hättest ein 14 qm Zimmer für dich, und kannst noch einen Kleiderschrank ins Arbeitszimmer stellen. Eigenes Bad für jeden von uns!
Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ist der Rest der Wohnung :-) Die Miete von 2880 CHF würden wir uns teilen (1440 CHF).
Die Wohnung im Eigentumsstandard ist sehr hell ruhig, dennoch gut erschlossen (13 min mit Forchbahn zum Stadelhofen / Bellevue).
ENGLISH ** Spacy flat to share (you and me/only 2 people), your own room would be 14 qm plus you can use our both home office to put e.g. your wardrobe there. We even have a garden, BBQ and a large terrace and well equipped kitchen as well as living room.
I am looking for a flat mate - you would have half of 110qm flat in Zollikerberg (only 1km from Zurich, 13 min with Forchbahn to Bellevue, and you will save taxes here :-))
You could join me from December 15th on, but for sure also later. We would share the rent, which is 2880 CHF --> 1440 p.P.
Die Wohnung im Eigentumsstandard ist sehr hell ruhig, dennoch gut erschlossen. Zollikerberg ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Naherholungsgebiet, mit vielen Outdoor Möglichkeiten. Coop City 2 min entfernt, Forchbahn benötigt nur 13 min zum Stadelhofen!
Auch der Steuerfuss ist niedrig :-).

Ich suche eine(n) WG Partner / WG Partnerin, welche(r) unkompliziert, positiv und gesellig ist, jedoch auch Zeit für sich wertschätzt. Ob gemeinsames gelegentliches Kochen, oder Sport (Fitnessgerät ist im Keller :-)), oder auch gern mal ein Bier oder Grillieren ... gerne, wenn es gerade passt!
