Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert. Es hat ein großes Fenster nach Norden, was es zum frischesten Zimmer für heiße Sommertage macht.
Leider können hier keine Videos angehängt werden. Ich hätte noch Videos vom Schlafzimmer, Balkon und Badezimmer.
Unsere WG befindet sich im vierten Stock unseres Gebäudes, und es ist die höchste Etage, so dass du einen tollen Blick von unserem großen Balkon hast, der dich zu gemütlichen Grillabenden und atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen einlädt!

Your future room is partly furnished. It has a large north-facing window, which makes it the freshest room for hot summer days.
Unfortunately no videos can be attached here. I still have videos of the bedroom, balcony and bathroom.
Our WG is at fourth floor of our building, and it's the highest floor, so you'll have a great view from our large balcony, which invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and breathtaking sunsets!
Die WG liegt direkt am Campus und man erreicht die Universität innerhalb von 1 Minute.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Stadtzentrum und der Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto/Bus in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Falls du gerne shoppen gehst, kannst du dich in unserem 10 Minuten entfernten Fashion Outlet austoben.
Ein bisschen Natur zur Erholung bietet dir die Lage der Wohnung auch :)

The shared flat is located directly on campus and you can reach the university within 1 minute.
Shopping facilities, the city center and the train station can be reached by car/bus within 5 minutes. If you like shopping, you can let off steam in our fashion outlet 10 minutes away.
The location of the apartment also offers you a bit of nature for relaxation :)
Du wirst mit Andreu (24) und Firas (23) zusammenleben, die beide hier an der Universität Angewandte Informatik studieren (4. Semester).
Wir sind sehr vorsichtig, was das Zusammenleben in unserer WG angeht. Wir haben Ordnungs- und Putzregeln, wir respektieren den Schlaf der anderen, aber auch deren Spaß.
Wir wollen hier ein freundliches Umfeld bewahren und gemeinsam etwas unternehmen. Wir sind LGBTQ-friendly und mögen Spiele, gehen ins Fitnessstudio, Volleyball, kochen, gehen aus, reden und lachen zusammen :)

You will be living with Andreu (24) and Firas (23), who are both Applied Computer Science students here at the university (4th Semester).
We are very careful regarding coexistence in our WG. We have order and cleaning rules, we respect eachother's sleep, but also their entertainment.
We want to keep a friendly environment here and do things together. We are LGBTQ-friendly and we enjoy games, going gym, volleyball, cooking, going out, talking and laughing together :)
