As we move to other cities for our internships, we offer our beautiful 2-room apartment for rent from the 1.3.2025 onwards.
The apartment has a great room layout, so the close 60sqm are well distributed. There is a large bedroom and a large living room, this is open to the hallway and the kitchen. Therefore, the apartment is not WG suitable but perfect for a couple or a single person. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and dishes and has a small dining table.
Bathroom and toilet are small but fine and separated from each other.

The house has a small backyard where bicycles can be parked.

In total, the apartment is rented fully furnished. Armchairs, sofa, bed, carpets, wardrobe and desk are looking forward to clean and thoughtful sub-renters :)

The apartment is located in the Frankenberger district, very close to Cafe Soleil. The bus stop Josefskirche is 3 minutes' walk away. There are very regular different lines that take you to the city centre/to university/to work or even to fire. Rewe, Baker, DM, Pharmacy, Alnatura are 5 minutes walk away. To the Frankenberger Park and Rothe Erde railway station it is also not far.

We have a lot of furniture in our hearts, so we would be happy if you were to describe yourself as clean and thoughtful.

An online visit is possible if it is possible for you to come to Aachen, this would be better!
