Apartment with 2 rooms in Frankenberg (not suitable for shared living)

Die Wohnung ist ideal für Singles oder Pärchen und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer (nordseitig) mit Zugang zur Küche und dem Balkon, einem Schlafzimmer (südseitig), ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einem Abstellraum. In der gesamten Wohnung ist ein heller Laminatboden verlegt, als ich vor drei Jahren eingezogen bin habe ich die gesamte Wohnung weiß gestrichen. In der Küche gibt es einen Geschirrspüler und eine Ceranherd mit Backofen. Es gibt auch noch ein Kellerabteil (ca. 8m²). Im Keller ist auch eine Waschküche mit Platz für eine Waschmaschine.

Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß sind es 5 min zum Frankenberger Park, 10 min zum Bahnhof Rothe Erde, 17 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es den Netto, ein paar Häuser weiter gibt es einen dm, REWE und bald auch einen Alnatura.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, wahrscheinlich wird der neue Mietvertrag wieder auf 3 Jahre befristet, ist aber verhandelbar.
Ich würde gerne eine Ablöse von € 600 für die Küche und ein paar Regale haben.

The apartment is ideal for singles or couples and consists of a living room (north side) with access to the kitchen and the balcony, a bedroom (south side), a bathroom with bathtub and a storage room. In the whole apartment there is a light laminate floor, when I moved in three years ago I painted the whole apartment white. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and a ceramic stove with oven. There is also a cellar compartment (about 8m²). In the basement is also a laundry room with space for a washing machine.

The location is great, walking distance is 5 min to the Frankenberger Park, 10 min to the train station Rothe Erde, 17 min to the main station. On the first floor there is Netto, a few houses further there is a dm, REWE and soon an Alnatura.

The landlords are very nice, probably the new lease will again be limited to 3 years, but is negotiable.
There will be a fee of € 600 for the kitchen and a few shelves.
