2-room apartment ready for WG start-up

The apartment is available for long-term rent from 15.01.2025. For practical reasons, we are looking for interested parties to re-establish a 2nd WG.

The apartment is located in the 3rd OG and consists of 2 rooms with 25 sqm or more. 16 sqm as well as kitchen and bathroom. The rooms have large windows and are very bright. The apartment is unfurnished. When my roommate and I moved in just 2 years ago, we bought the kitchen from the previous owners and lovingly furnished the rooms with new furniture. In both rooms there is everything you need: large double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, mirrors, curtains, large desk, office chair, bookshelves and small storage trolleys. In the larger 25 sqm there is also a make-up table and a large cozy sofa, ideal for those who like to invite friends. The kitchen has electric stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The spacious bathroom has a shower cabin and a bathtub.

Since we move both to other cities, we would like to leave all our furniture to our neighbours. They're all new and in the top state. The detachment consists of: 550 euros for furniture in the 16 sqm room, 750 euros for furniture in the 25 sqm room and a total of 300 euros for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

As we are both moving away to other cities, we would like to leave all of our furniture to the next renters. They are all new and in great condition. The costs are as follows: €550 for the furniture in the 16 sqm room, €750 for the furniture in the 25 sqm room, and €300 for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
