Die Wohnung liegt im Vorort Laurensberg, welcher sehr gut an die Stadt angebunden ist. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist von der Wohnung 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, in die Stadt fährt man ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad. In Laurensberg gibt es alles, was man so braucht, der nächste Supermarkt inkl. Bäcker ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Wer ins Grüne will, ist schnell in der Soers und im Wurmtal.
