ich habe eine tolle 2 Zimmer Wohnung in saniertem Fachwerkhaus ,nur 2 min zu Fuß zum Bus, mitten in der innenstadt, kurzfristig frei.
bäcker, banken, geschäfte, ärzte, kindergarten,
in direkter nähe. es gibt noch 2 weitere Wohnungen. von denen 1 noch in der sanierung ist. diese könnten dazu gemietet werden .so ist auch eine 3er oder 4er WG , auch 5er wg hier möglich, trotzdem hätte jeder ein eigenes bad .
Das haus liegt sehr zentral aber ruhig . Es wird von mir liebevolll renoviert und ist auf Wunsch und Absprache auch komplett eingerichtet . d.h. Möblierung kann auch nach individuellen Wünschen erfolgen
