Die helle Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße direkt gegenüber des sonst lebendigen und wunderschönen Weichselkiez. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 48qm und verfügt über 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer).
Zur Südostseite gelegen hat die Wohnung bis mittags sehr schönes Licht und einen sonnigen Balkon mit Blick in den Garten. Küche ist hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat eine Badewanne, die falls gewünscht sehr gerne genutzt werden kann. Ein Schreibtisch im hellen Wohnzimmer erlaubt ein super schönes Arbeiten, dafür steht ein Bildschirm, Tastatur, Maus und Laptopständer zur Verfügung. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein, aber fein und bietet mit einem 1,40er Bett Platz für 2 - 2 Kissen und 2 Decken sind selbstverständlich vorhanden.
Wir pflegen in unserem Haus ein sehr nachbarschaftliches Verhältnis, man sich kennt und grüßt sich. Das Einladen von Freunden oder Bekannten sowie das Feiern von Partys sind für euch mit Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn untersagt und werden von den Nachbarn auch nicht geduldet.

The bright flat is located in a very quiet street directly opposite the otherwise lively and beautiful Weichselkiez neighbourhood. The flat has a total of 48 square metres and has 2 rooms (bedroom, living room).
Facing south-east, the flat has very nice light until midday and a sunny balcony with a view of the garden. The kitchen is high quality and fully equipped. The flat has a bathtub, which can be used if desired. A desk in the bright living room allows you to work very well, with a screen, keyboard, mouse and laptop stand. The bedroom is small but nice and offers space for 2 with a 1.80 bed - 2 pillows and 2 blankets are of course provided.
We maintain a very neighbourly relationship in our house, we know and greet each other. Inviting friends as well as celebrating parties is prohibited for you out of consideration for the neighbours and will not be tolerated by the neighbours.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße nahe am lebendigen Zentrum von Neukölln. Die Gegend ist auch für Familien gut geeignet, ein Spielplatz findet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 min Fußweg) am Weichselplatz. Es finden sich unzählige Restaurants (z.B. Knödelwirtschaft, W Pizza, Föllerei) und Bars (z.B. Nathanja & Heinrich, Tier, Ä) in unmittelbarer Umgebung (max. 10 min Fußweg). Nahezu direkt am Wasser und dem sogenannten "Dreiländereck" gelegen, kann man ab Haustür ab auch sehr gut spazieren gehen und in das trubelige und lebendige Leben von Neukölln eintauchen. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Edeka in 5 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Weitere diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Denn's, DM, Bäcker etc.) gibt es auf der Sonnenallee und Karl-Marx-Straße (15 min Fußweg).
Die Anbindung ÖPNV ist ebenfalls sehr gut. U Rathaus Neukölln (U7) ist gut 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, zum U Hermannplatz (U7/U8) braucht man gute 10 min. Mit der U7 kommt ist auch die Ringbahn (S41/S42; S Neukölln) schnell erreicht. Busse (M41 HBF, 171 Flughafen BER, 194 U Hermannplatz) sind ebenfalls in der direkten Umgebung.
