We are looking for a subletter for 3 to 4 weeks starting at the end of January till around February 20th. The dates could be flexibile.
The room is about 19m squared, has a comfy double bed, desk, drawers, clothing rack etc. We have everything you need including bed sheets.
You then have access to a bathroom with full bath, kitchen, large living room and lovely balcony. (total space you can use is around 56m2)
Cost 550 for the 3 ish weeks , plus a 300 euro deposit. (if you want to stay longer, we can chat and adjust )

We are a couple, both 32 years old, living and working in Berlin. (currently mainly from home) We will be away for most of the time, so you will have the flat to yourself.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and tidy! If you're already in Berlin, we can plan a viewing, or meeting over a video call. :)
Our place is cosy, has a balcony and is a 10 min (or less) walk to the landwehrcanal. It's pretty central so you can get most places in Berlin pretty quickly. Although it's on a main street, we hear no cars as we are in the house in the back - from the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the yard which is quiet and has a lot of trees -- sometimes we forget we are right in the middle of a big city.
Closeby, you have a lidl and edeka, as well as a few nice cafes and coffeeshops.
