Du bist NICHTRAUCHER, legst Wert auf ORDNUNG und SAUBERKEIT, und gehst pfleglich mit Dingen andere um, dann würde ich dich gerne kennenlernen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell. Durch die hohen Decken hat mein angenehmes Raumgefühl.
Verbrauchsmittel, welche man im Haushalt benötigt, wie z.B. Hygiene, Gewürze und eben alles so was man als Grundausstattung in einer Küche oder zum Reinigen benötigt ist vorhanden und im Preis mit drin.
Gerne kannst du Freunde zum Essen einladen, aber eine Übernachtung von Gästen ist nicht erlaubt! Es ist keine Party WG.

The apartment is very bright. Due to the high ceilings has my pleasant feeling of space.
Consumables that you need in the household, such as hygiene, toilet paper, spices and everything you need as basic equipment in a kitchen or for cleaning is available and included in the price
You are welcome to invite friends over for dinner, but an overnight stay of guests is not allowed! It's not a party flat.

Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend und mit überwiegend Altbau. Die S-/U-Bahn ist in 8 Min. zu erreichen. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße ist Lidl und ca. 10 Gehminuten weiter auch ein Rewe oder Aldi und andere Geschäfte.
In nur 12 Min. ist man mit den Öffis am Alexanderplatz bzw. in 15 Min. am Hauptbahnhof.
