Hallo,

wir vermieten unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Reuterkiez ab dem 1. Oktober 2024 für zwei Monate mit der Möglichkeit zur Anmeldung. Die Hausverwaltung genehmigt die Vermietung offiziell für die zwei Monate (01.10.2024 bis 30.11.2024).

Die Wohnung ist geräumige 80 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer sowie eine Küche. Sie kann teilmöbliert gemietet werden, und wir können gemeinsam entscheiden, ob und welche Möbel du brauchst.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus, wo man meist nur Vögel zwitschern hört. Unsere Straße ist voll mit charmanten Cafés und Bars. Es gibt einen Abstellraum, eine Einbauküche und schnelles Internet.

Die U-Bahn-Stationen Schönleinstraße und Hermannplatz sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Hello,

We are subletting our cozy 2-room apartment in the Reuterkiez starting from October 1, 2024, for two months, with the possibility of registration ("Anmeldung"). The property management officially approves the rental for the two months (01.10.2024 until 30.11.2024).

The apartment is a spacious 80 square meters and includes a living room, bedroom, and kitchen. It can be rented partially furnished, and we can decide together which furniture you might need.

The apartment is very quiet, located in the rear building where you mostly hear birds chirping. Our street is full of charming cafés and bars. There’s also a storage room, a fitted kitchen, and fast internet.

The Schönleinstraße and Hermannplatz subway stations are just a 5-minute walk away.
