Hello, we are temporarily subletting our apartment since we will be traveling for a few months. We have made this apartment our home, taking our time to comfortably furnish it, grow many plants, and put together a well equipped kitchen, so it is important that whoever lives here will continue to take care of it.
The total rent of includes all operating and heating costs, electricity, gas, water, internet, radio fee, and building maintenance. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets needs to be discussed. Anmeldung is possible.
We are able to have in-person viewings as well as virtual ones. Please contact us and we will notify you of the viewing. After the visit any interested individuals will need to submit some of the following condition depending on your status; bank statement, proof of employment (immatrikulation certificate), SCHUFA (request now) and an ID for the final selection process.
