We rent our 2-room apartment in Charlottenburg.
The apartment can be rented for a maximum of 6 months as it is subsequently rebuilt.

The apartment has
- a kitchen with dining table and kitchenette (including stove/oven, refrigerator, sink and washing machine)
- a bathroom with bathtub and daylight
- a living room with new couch and access to the balcony
- one bedroom with one bed and one desk
- a hall from which all rooms can be reached.

The rental price (total of 1,050€) includes all additional costs: heating, water, electricity, internet etc.

If you are interested in a visit, please specify your personal information as well as when you want to rent the apartment. The apartment is available from the beginning of October.

- ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett und einem Schreibtisch
- ein Flur, von dem aus alle Zimmer zu erreichen sind.

Im Mietpreis (insgesamt 1.050€) sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten: Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet usw.

Wenn Sie an einer Besichtigung interessiert sind, geben Sie bitte neben Ihren persönlichen Daten auch an, bis wann Sie die Wohnung mieten möchten. Die Wohnung ist ab Anfang Oktober verfügbar.
