Wir werden drei Monate beruflich im Ausland sein und möchten unsere wunderschöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung voll ausgestattet in vertrauensvolle Hände geben.

Es handelt sich um eine helle 3-Zimmerwohnung im 4. OG mit einem großzügigen Grundriss und ca. 105 m² Wohnfläche, welche ganztägig von reichlich Licht und Sonne durchflutet wird. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone mit einem Weber Elektrogrill

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ist voll ausgestattet:
- Bad: mit Tageslicht bietet sowohl eine Duschwanne und eine Waschmaschine.
- Küche: Moderne Küche inkl. großer Kühlschrank und ein großer extra Gefrierschrank, Herd mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Müllsystem mit Biomüll. Daneben die üblichen Kleinigkeiten: Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Pfannen, Töpfe, etc.
- Schlafzimmer: Ein 1,80m Bett und kleines Sofa
- Arbeitszimmer: Höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch mit zwei großen Dell Bildschirmen und eine bequeme Schlafcouch. Sehr schnelles Internet (500 MB/s) mit Fritzbox und extra Repeater für top Empfang überall in der Wohnung.
- Wohnbereich: ein großer Esstisch, Sofa und Sessel, Sonos Boxen sowie TV
- Staubsauger, etc. ist auch vor Ort

Location & Anbindung:
- in max. 5 min zu Fuß findet ihr alles was ihr braucht: Edeka, Netto, Denn's Biomarkt, REWE, diverse Bars und Restaurants, Friseur, Reinigung, Spätis, Geldautomat etc.
- 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Tram Haltestelle Straßmannstr. (M10)
- 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Tram Haltestelle Landsberger Allee / Petersburger Str. (M4, M5, M6, M8)
- 7 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn Weberwiese (ca. 10 mins Fahrtzeit bis Alexanderplatz)
- 8 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Volkspark Friedrichshain

Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel zwischen dem 23.01 und 01.02. Zeitraum bis Ende April. Zur monatlichen Miete (warm) von 1.498 € kommen noch Strom und Internet hinzu i.H.v. 95 Euro (Total: 1.593 €). Bitte nur Nichtraucher und ohne Haustiere.

We will be abroad for three months on business and would like to give our beautiful 3-room apartment fully furnished into trustworthy hands.

It is a bright 3-room apartment on the 4th floor with a spacious floor plan and approx. 105 m² of living space, which is flooded with plenty of light and sun all day long. The apartment has two balconies with a Weber electric barbecue

The apartment is lovingly furnished and fully equipped:
