The apartement is with it's 104qm quit huge and really charming with wooden floor and big old doors from the early 20ies in Berlin. There is one proper sleeping room and we have also possibilities to build up one or two more bed for children in the livingroom with its balcony. These rooms are really bright and sunny rooms.
Furthermore there is a huge kitchen, where you can cook and eat and just enjoy the new year:) You will find the most importants stuff for cooking in the kitchen-so no worries to buy anything new.
The bathroom is small and simple but practical.
Also, you live in the middle of Friedrichshain (East Berlin) - pretty close to Kreuzberg or Neukölln - so you can find nearly everything you need within 1 minute - a bakery, supermarkets, a lot of 24/7 shops, bars, boutiques - different restaurants-for every taste.
Whatever you will feel like, you will find it as a couple or a family.
Die Wohnung liegt inmitten des lebendigen Friedrichshain. Die Auswahl an Bars, Restaurants, Shopping-Möglichkeiten sind zahlreich und unmittelbar in der Nähe vorhanden.
Der Boxhagener Platz liegt gleich nebenan und lädt am Samstag zum frischen Lebensmittelmarkt ein, auf dem man auch einfach einen Kaffee kaufen und das bunte Treiben beobachten kann. Am Sonntag baut sich an gleicher Stelle ein antiker Flohmarkt auf. Es gibt auf jeden Fall eine Menge zu sehen!
S - Bahn Ostkreuz/Warschauer Str. sind fußläufig innerhalb von 10 Min zu erreichen. Genau so wie die UBahn Warschauer Str. oder die U5 Richtung Alexanderplatz.
Des Weiteren fahren auch noch diverse Trams vor der Haustür ab, wenn man mal keine Lust hat zu laufen.
