Our apartment is very cozy, bright, and adorned with numerous plants, making it beautifully green.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, sink, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. There's also plenty of dishes, cooking utensils as well as spices etc. available.
The bathroom comprises a shower/bathtub, sink, toilet/bidet, washing machine as well as a hair drier and towels.
In the bedroom, there's a double bed, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The living room features a couch with a coffee table as well as an armchair. Additionally, there's a small desk with a 27" monitor for work purposes.
The apartment offers Wi-Fi, multiple Bluetooth speakers, and numerous HUE lamps, allowing you to customize the lighting as per your preferences.
The street-facing side of the apartment captures the city's music: traffic, subway, and people. However, the backyard side (bedroom) is very quiet.

Unser Wohnzimmer beherbergt eine Couch samt Couchtisch sowie einen Sessel. Zum Arbeiten gibt es hier einen kleinen Schreibtisch inklusive 27“ Monitor.
Die Wohnung bietet WLAN (100 MBit/s), mehrere Bluetooth Lautsprecher sowie zahlreiche HUE Lampen, mit denen man die Beleuchtung individualisieren kann.
Die Straßenseite der Wohnung spielt die Musik der Stadt: Verkehr, U-Bahn, Menschen.
Zum Hinterhof (Schlafzimmer) ist es hingegen sehr ruhig.
The apartment is located on the former Luisenstädtischer Canal, right in the heart of Kreuzberg close to Kottbusser Tor. The canal, now filled and greened, offers a pleasant place for strolling or relaxing.
The backyard of the building provides access to a beautiful large garden with a playground and table tennis table. It's a great place for activities like grilling or simply relaxing.
In the vicinity, there are various shopping options (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl) as well as numerous bars and restaurants. The Urbanhafen, with opportunities for sports activities or simply unwinding, is 300m away. The famous Maybachufer with its weekly and weekend markets is just a 10-minute walk away.
Subway lines (U1, U3, U8) and bus lines (140, M29) are within a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
