2-Zimmer Wohnung Untermiete teilweise möbliert vom 23.02.-20.04.25 (Kreuzberg - Gräfekiez)

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in super Lage für acht Wochen unter: 23.02.-20.04.2025 - beim Ein- und Auszugdatum bin ich etwas flexibel. Ich bin bereits ausgezogen und die Wohnung wird nach Ablauf meines Mietvertrags von der Hausverwaltung saniert, deshalb würde ich mich freuen, wenn sie die restliche Zeit noch genutzt wird.

Für die Zeit der Untermiete habe ich noch die wichtigsten Möbel drin gelassen, damit man gut darin wohnen kann (siehe Fotos 2-6): Bett (1.40 × 2m) mit Matratze, Sofa, Regale, Küchentisch und Stühle, Kühlschrank, Herd, Spülschrank. Internet & Strom gibt es natürlich auch. Auch eine Minimalausstattung zum Kochen könnte ich bei Bedarf zur Verfügung stellen. Solltest du noch andere Dinge wie eine Bettdecke etc. brauchen, können wir darüber auch noch sprechen, daran soll es nicht scheitern :)

Der Preis von 690€ ist pro Monat.

I am renting out my apartment in a great location for eight weeks from: 23.02.-20.04.2025 - I am somewhat flexible with the move-in and move-out dates. I have already moved out and the apartment will be renovated by the property management after my rental contract expires, so I would be happy if it could be used for the rest of the time.

I have left the most important furniture in it for the time of the sublet, so that you can live well in it: Bed (1.40 × 2m) with mattress, sofa, shelves, kitchen table and chairs, fridge, stove, sink unit. Electricity and Internet will be available too, of course. I could also provide minimal cooking equipment if required. If you need other things such as a comforter etc., we can talk about that too, it shouldn't be a problem :)

The price of 690€ is per month.
