Temporarily renting out my apartment, technically 3 rooms but everything has an open floor plan, so it really only works for one person, but can also work very nicely for a couple. There is a back room/bedroom, a joint kitchen/living room, and a small office room that currently serves as my home studio.

The apartment and myself are part of a Wohngenossenschaft, meaning the neighbours know each other well, and are very friendly and helpful.

the place is very close to U Bahnhof Görlitzer bhf, U Bahn Kottbusser tor, as well as multiple bus lines. there are various spätkaufs, supermarkets, and restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment is in a great location to get to know Kreuzberg and Berlin as a whole.

Since I am planning to come back after the given time frame, the apartment will stay furnished in my absence, I'm happy to clear out closet space for clothing as well as the office if needed.
