Von dem Eingang der Wohnung gelangt man über den Flur direkt zu den beiden Schlafzimmern sowie Bädern und dem Übergang zur Küche und zum Wohnzimmer. Das kleinere ist mit einem 1,40 m Bett sowie einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, dieser kann mit benutzt werden. Das große Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 1,60 m Bett, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Toilette und Badezimmer sind getrennt.
Über den Übergang erreicht man die voll ausgestattete Küche, an dieser grenzt das geräumige Wohnzimmer, an, welches zum Verweilen einlädt. Das Wohnzimmer bietet als Eckzimmer des Hauses über drei Fenster einen tollen Rundumblick auf die angrenzende Straße, durch die Bäume blickt man auf Cafe´s und Restaurants.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with all appliances and utensils for daily living available for use. From the entrance, you pass through the hallway to reach the two bedrooms, bathrooms, and the transition to the kitchen and living room. The smaller bedroom has a 1.40 m bed and a wardrobe, which is available for use. The larger bedroom is equipped with a 1.60 m bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. The toilet and bathroom are separate.
The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through the hallway, and adjacent to it is the spacious living room, perfect for relaxing. As a corner room, the living room features three large windows offering a panoramic view of the street below, with a lovely view of cafés and restaurants through the trees.
Die Wohnung liegt im lebhaften Wrangelkiez, wo du alles für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe findest. Mehrere Supermärkte, Drogerien und Ärzte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet außerdem eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafés und Bars, die kulinarische Abwechslung garantieren.
In nur ca. 5 Minuten erreichst du die U-Bahn-Station Schlesisches Tor, von wo aus die U1 und U3 verkehren. Die S-Bahnstation Treptower Park, mit Anbindung an die Ringbahn, ist in 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichbar – alternativ fährt ein Bus vom Schlesischen Tor direkt dorthin. Der angrenzende Treptower Park lädt zum Joggen und für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge entlang der Spree ein.
Die Oberbaumbrücke, die nach Friedrichshain führt, ist etwa 15 Minuten entfernt und eröffnet dir Zugang zu einem vielfältigen kulturellen Angebot sowie einem lebendigen Nachtleben. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich zudem der Görlitzer Park, der sich hervorragend für entspannte Spaziergänge eignet. Die Lage bietet also alles für ein aktives und abwechslungsreiches Stadtleben.

The apartment is located in the vibrant Wrangelkiez, where you'll find everything you need for daily life just around the corner. Several supermarkets, pharmacies, and doctors are within walking distance. The area also offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and bars, ensuring plenty of culinary options.
In just about 5 minutes, you can reach the Schlesisches Tor U-Bahn station, where the U1 and U3 lines operate. The Treptower Park S-Bahn station, with connections to the Ringbahn, is 15 to 20 minutes away, or you can take a bus directly from Schlesisches Tor. Treptower Park is ideal for jogging and long walks along the Spree River.
The Oberbaum Bridge, which leads to Friedrichshain, is about 15 minutes away and gives you access to a rich cultural scene and a lively nightlife. Also nearby is Görlitzer Park, perfect for relaxing strolls. This location truly offers everything for an active and diverse city lifestyle.

Wir befinden uns vom 01.12.2024 bis zum 15.01.2025 im Urlaub und vermieten die Wohnung in dieser Zeit. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, bis zum 01.02.2025 im kleinen Schlafzimmer der Wohnung weiter zu wohnen.

If you’re interested in the apartment, feel free to send us a message. It would be great if you could come by for a viewing in person, if that's possible for you.
We will be on vacation from December 1st, 2024, to January 15th, 2025, and are renting out the apartment during that time. There is also the option to stay in the small bedroom until February 1st, 2025.
