I'm subletting my flat for 10 days and thought someone might be looking for a cozy place, even for a short stay. It's a great location with excellent U-Bahn and bus connections, close to the canal. The flat is brand new, super clean, and has all the essentials.
A few things to note: as I’ve just moved in, it's not fully furnished yet. Missing items include a washing machine, sofa, and dishwasher, but you’ll find everything else you need—like a double bed, dining table with chairs, record player, Wi-Fi, a shower, and a fridge.
I’m happy to sublet to one or two people, and the price is just what I pay for rent—I'm not looking to make a profit, just to cover my costs.
