Ich vermiete ein frisch renoviertes und neu möbliertes Apartment.
Es befindet sich in der Naunynstraße und damit im Herzen von Kreuzberg an der Oranienstrasse/Kottbusser Tor. Dadurch ist die Wohnung der Ausgangspunkt für Clubs, Bars, Restaurants, Shopping und Sightseeing in Berlin. Kreuzberg hat die Party und Nachtszene überhaupt. Und auch das RAW-Gelände sowie das Berghain sind nicht weit. Dadurch sind die Straßen Tag und Nacht voll mit vielen Menschen und Touristen und dennoch ist die Naunynstraße als eine Parallelstraße ruhig gelegen.
Der Bus ist direkt vor der Tür, bis Zur UBahn sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, sowie mehrere Spätshops, Cafes und Bäcker.
Von der Naunynstraße aus kommt man schnell und bequem in die ganze Stadt. So ist man sowohl schnell an der am Alexanderplatz, in Mitte sowie Friedrichshain und Neukölln.

In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten, wie auch Strom und Waschmaschine enthalten.

My sunny and light apartment in Kreuzberg is available to people who are wanting to come to Berlin to experience the best the city has to offer. The apartment sleeps 2 people and all the usual features (kitchen/washing machine/bath/shower/electricity) are included. The apartment is situated in naunynstraße which is right next to the Oranienstrasse/Kottbusser Tor and in the middle of the heart of Kreuzberg. In the neighborhood are a lot of the best clubs in the city (Berghain, RAW,...) and the most and different restaurants, Cafes and bars. Ubahn and Bus stops are all within 3min walking distance, and it's just a hop the river to Friedrichshain, Neukölln and Alexanderplatz -heart of Berlin. Am looking only to rent the apartment for a longer period of time.

The entire house Is equipped with new furniture, leaving neither furniture nor walls so!
