Cozy Flat in Kreuzberg (from 3 up to 12 Month) - only 2 Min. to Landwehrkanal

We are searching for reliable people who take good care of the flat and our plants (we love all of them) while we are taking a break from beautiful Berlin-Kreuzberg.

So, if you are looking for a very cozy and relaxed 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of legendary Kreuzberg, this is for you.


SOME RULES, BEFORE WE GIVE YOU MORE INFORMATION:

❌ Absolutely no smoking inside the flat

🌱 You are responsible for our plants (and have to water them about once a week, depending on the plant. Obviously, if you decide to have someone clean the apartment, the person can do that for you :)

❤️ We love our neighbors. So, no loud parties inside the flat. (But don't worry: there are more than enough opportunities in Berlin and close by.)

👉 The flat is fully furnished and perfect for 1 or 2 people to sleep, work, and enjoy Berlin. You cannot bring lots of furniture, as moving in and out of the 4th floor will disturb our neighbors; you just don't need it, and there's just not much room to put it.

🗓 We are looking to sublet the flat for at least 3 months or more (for up to 1 year). Please don't write to us here if you only want the flat for a month or two.

❌ Unfortunately, no "Anmeldung" aka registration in the flat.


MORE INFORMATION:
The flat is just a 5-minute walk to U-Bahn Station Görlitzer Bahnhof and only 2 minutes to the lovely Landwehrkanal. Perfect for a single person, a couple, or two friends.

Both rooms come with double beds, many beautiful plants (did I mention, we love them ;), fast Wi-Fi and many interesting books in German and English.

You can use the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, where you'll find a washing machine, hairdryer, big refrigerator, blender, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, stove, and so on.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and can only be reached by staircase.
