Cozy Flat in Kreuzberg (for 3 Month) - only 2 Min. to Landwehrkanal

We are searching for reliable people who take good care of the flat and our plants (we love all of them) while we are taking a break of beautiful Berlin-Kreuzberg.

So, if you are looking for a very cozy and relaxed 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of legendary Kreuzberg, this is for you.


SOME RULES, BEFORE WE GIVE YOU MORE INFORMATION:

❌ Absolutely no smoking inside the flat

🌱 You are in charge of our plants (and have to water them about once a week, depending on the plant)

❤️ We love our neighbors. So, no loud parties inside the flat. (But don't worry: there are more than enough opportunities in Berlin and close by)

👉 We will keep some of our personal stuff in the big wardrobe in the big room, while we are gone. Of course, you'll still have plenty of room to store your own belongings and clothing and find a big - completely empty - wardrobe in the small room just for yourself. :)

🗓 We are looking to sublet the flat for the entire period offered here. Please don't write us here, if you only want the flat for a month or two.


MORE INFORMATION:
The flat is just a 5 min. walk to U-Bahn Station Görlitzer Bahnhof and only 2 min. to the lovely Landwehrkanal. Perfect for a single person, a couple or two friends.

Both rooms come with double beds, lots of beautiful plants (did I mention, we love them ;), fast Wi-Fi and many interesting books in German and English.

You can use the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom where you'll find a washing machine, hairdryer, big refrigerator, blender, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, stove and so on.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and can only be reached by staircase.
