Die Wohnung befindet sich im Innenhof, in einem frei stehenden Neubau, umgeben von Grünanlagen und Altbauwohnungen. Der Garten kann gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Vorhanden sind ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile sowie ein Badezimmer.
Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Internet/WLAN, und alles sonstige Wichtige ist bereits vorhanden. Alle Zimmer sind komplett möbliert.
Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Arbeitsplatz mit Tisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Monitor, Tastatur und Drucker eingerichtet.
Alle Fenster gehen auf den begrünten, ruhigen Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und man hat von morgens bis abends Sonne. Zur Südseite hin besitzt die Wohnung zwei Balkone, zur Westseite hin einen Balkon. Man kann sich also bei entsprechendem Wetter zu jeder Zeit auf dem Balkon die Sonne auf den Bauch scheinen lassen. :)
In allen Räumen ist Parkettboden verlegt. Zudem ist eine Fußbodenheizung installiert und im Sommer ist die Wohnung trotz Lage im Dachgeschoss angenehm kühl.
Weiterhin gibt einen Aufzug, Fahrradkeller, ausreichend Fahrradstellplätze im Innenhof, sowie Parkplätze vor dem Gebäude, für die man jedoch ohne Bewohnerparkausweis zahlen muss.

The apartment is located in the inner courtyard, in a detached new building, surrounded by green spaces and historic apartments. The garden can be used communally. There is a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom.
Refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric stove, washing machine, dryer, Internet/WLAN, and everything else important is already available. All rooms are fully furnished. In the living room there is a workstation with table, desk chair, monitor, keyboard and printer.
All windows open onto the green, quiet inner courtyard. The apartment is very bright and you have sun from morning to evening. The apartment has two balconies on the south side and one balcony on the west side. So you can enjoy the sun on the balcony at any time, weather permitting. :)
Parquet flooring is laid in all rooms. There is also underfloor heating and the apartment is pleasantly cool in summer despite being on the top floor.
There is also an elevator, a bicycle cellar, plenty of bicycle parking spaces in the inner courtyard and parking spaces in front of the building, for which you have to pay without a resident parking permit.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, nahe der Kreuzung Beusselstraße/Turmstraße. Diverse Buslinien sowie U9 (Turmstraße) und Ringbahn (S-Bahn-Station Beusselstraße) befinden sich direkt vor der Tür oder sind zu Fuß in maximal 10 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, DM, Alnatura, Obst- /Gemüsestände, sonstige Supermärkte), DHL-Station sowie diverse Restaurants und Spätis sind keine 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

The flat is centrally located near the Beusselstraße/Turmstraße intersection. Various bus lines as well as subway U9 (Turmstraße) and train station
of the Berlin Ringbahn (station Beusselstraße) are directly in front of the door or can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. Shopping facilities (REWE, DM, Alnatura, fruit/vegetable stands, other supermarkets), DHL station and various restaurants and stores, opened 24/7 are less than 5 minutes away from the flat.
Hallo, ich bin Chris. Ich studiere Mathe/Physik/Energietechnik an der TU Berlin. Ich bin in der Fachschaft, im Uni-Chor sowie bei Greenpeace aktiv und mache gerne Sport und spiele Gitarre/Klavier.
Mit den vorherigen Mitbewohner*innen habe ich gemeinsam gekocht, Musik/Sport gemacht, ab und zu was unternommen und abends gerne gequatscht. Ich würde mich über eine*n nette*n Mitbewohner*in, freuen. :)

I study math/physics/energy science at the TU Berlin. Besides university, I'm active in the student council, the university choir and Greenpeace. I like playing volleyball (do sports generally), love to make music and dance.
With my previous flatmates, I liked cooking together, doing music/sports, go out every now and then, and chatting in the evenings. I am looking forward to having a lovely flatmate. :)

Moabit ist zentral in Berlin gelegen und bietet eine ihm eigene, lebendige und multikulturelle Atmosphäre.
Es finden sich viele nette Cafés, Eckkneipen und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe und das kulturelle Angebot reicht von kleinen Kunstgalerien bis historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Arminiusmarkthalle.
