2 Bedroom Apartment for 6 month

Hello everyone,

I am renting out my beautiful 2-room old building apartment in the heart of Berlin Moabit for six months – from January 2025 to July 2025, possibly even from the end of December 2024.

The apartment is only available for a limited time and is ideal for one or two people. The two bright rooms (each approximately 30 square meters) are connected by charming double doors. One room is furnished with a cozy double bed, while the other has space for a single bed or can be used perfectly as a study. As an artist, I've decorated the apartment in a creative and loving way – the high ceilings and beautiful natural light create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for daily life. It’s perfect for a couple or two friends looking for a stylish home! My neighbors are very friendly and helpful, and Moabit is a unique, quiet neighborhood that is still very central. The transport connections are excellent: it’s only 10 minutes by public transport to the main train station, and you can reach Birkenstraße (with plenty of cafes and restaurants) in just a 10-minute walk.

I am looking for responsible, tidy, and clean tenants (maximum of two people) who ideally work or study in Berlin (Humboldt University is only 20 minutes away). It would also be great if you take care of the furnishings with respect – and maybe give the plants a little water now and then, as I don’t have much of a green thumb 😊. The apartment is not suitable for large parties but is perfect for quiet evenings and relaxed weekends.
