The spacious study room, with four desks, provides an excellent setup for home office work or studying.

The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and spending time together.

The apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln, between Rixdorf and Karl-Marx-Strasse, on a quiet side street on the 4th floor. Thanks to the open location, the apartment enjoys sunlight all day and plenty of natural light, as there are no direct neighbors on one side.

The neighborhood is vibrant and diverse: trendy bars and restaurants meet the traditional side of Neukölln, with its Arab shops and markets. For relaxation, beautiful green areas like Tempelhofer Feld are nearby. Everything is within walking distance, including U7 subway and bus connections.
