The flat is situated between Tempelhofer Feld and the park Hasenheide in Neukölln. An Are with loads of cute cafés, bakeries and restaurants. Forth floor with a lot of light. The flat is fully furnished and equipped for your time living there.The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher and laundry machine.
I absolutely love my home and the area I live in and am looking for someone, who will value it as much as I do. Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung direkt im Schillerkiez in Neukölln ab dem 04.November bis zum 17.November.2024.
Die Wohnung liegt jeweils 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Hasenheide und dem Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Im Kiez gibt es Cafés und Restaurants, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die U8 Boddinstr. ist zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Tisch, Sofa und Fernseher (funktioniert mit HDMI Verbindung) und eine Wohnküche.
Außerdem gibt es einen schönen Balkon, Wanne, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine Einzelperson, 2 Freund*innen oder ein Paar.
Bei den 600 handelt es sich um die Warmmiete.
