My cozy 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the front building of a typical Berlin Altbau. The apartment faces west entirely, making it very bright throughout the day. There is a small balcony that comfortably fits three people.
The larger room features a big bed and a couch, while the smaller room has a single bed and a wardrobe (which can be used). Both rooms are equipped with a TV and a desk, and the apartment includes internet and a radio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, sink, dishwasher, a large dining table, and plenty of dishes.
The bathroom, with a toilet and shower, is small but very practical.
Additionally, a women's bicycle is available for use.

Meine gemütliche 2-Zimmerwohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage im Vorderhaus eines typischen Berliner Altbaus. Die Wohnung ist komplett nach Westen gerichtet und dadurch immer sehr hell. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon auf dem man zu dritt gut sitzen kann.
Das größere Zimmer hat ein großes Bett und eine Couch, das kleinere Zimmer hat Einzelbett und einen Kleiderschrank (der genutzt werden kann). Beide Zimmer haben einen TV und einen Schreibtisch, außerdem gibt es Internet und Radio.
In der Küche gibt es einen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Spüle, Spülmaschine, einen großen Esstisch und jede Menge Geschirr.
Das Bad mit WC und Dusche ist zwar klein aber sehr praktisch.
Außerdem kann ein Damenrad genutzt werden.
The apartment is located in a vibrant part of Neukölln, right on Mainzer Straße close to Flughafenstraße. The area is home to a variety of cafés as well as some interesting thrift stores. The public transport connections are excellent: both the U8 and U7 stations are less than five minutes away on foot.
The Neukölln Arcaden shopping center is also within walking distance, offering supermarkets and all other essentials for daily needs. The popular Weserstraße, known for its bars and pubs, is about a 15-minute walk away. In addition, both Hasenheide Park and Tempelhofer Feld can be reached within 15 minutes on foot, offering great places to relax. Hasenheide has plenty of sports facilities, while Tempelhofer Feld is perfect for jogging or leisurely walks.
The lively Schillerkiez, with its bars and restaurants, is just a 10-minute walk away. Overall, the apartment is centrally located, making it easy to access many of Neukölln’s top spots.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im belebten Teil von Neukölln, direkt auf der Mainzer Straße nahe Flughafenstraße. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Cafés sowie interessante Trödelläden. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist optimal: Sowohl die U8 als auch die U7 sind in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auch die Neukölln Arcaden sind fußläufig erreichbar – ein Einkaufszentrum, das neben Supermärkten alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs bietet. Die Weserstraße mit ihren bekannten Bars und Kneipen ist etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Zudem sind die Hasenheide und das Tempelhofer Feld ebenfalls in 15 Minuten erreichbar, beide ideale Orte, um zu entspannen. In der Hasenheide gibt es zahlreiche Sportmöglichkeiten, während das Tempelhofer Feld perfekt zum Joggen oder Spazierengehen ist.
Der Schillerkiez, ein weiterer belebter Ort mit vielen Bars und Restaurants, ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral und bietet eine ideale Ausgangslage, um die vielen Hotspots in Neukölln bequem zu erreichen.
