The apartment is located in a quiet area, on the canal and near a supermarket. A bus stop (M43) is 4 minutes walk away and leaves Treptower Park and Ostkreuz, or Neukölln Town Hall and Boddinstr. Neukölln Metro Station is about 12 minutes' walk away and the S Treptower Park is 15 minutes away.
You live with my cat Emil, who is 14 years old. Therefore, it is important that you have no cat allergy and an affinity for animals.
No parties and smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Quiet, clean and respectful persons sought.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, am Kanal und in der Nähe eines Supermarktes. Eine Bushaltestelle (M43) ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und fährt Treptower Park und Ostkreuz, oder Rathaus Neukölln und Boddinstr. ab. Der U-Bahnhof Rathaus Neukölln ist ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und der S Treptower Park 15 Minuten.
Sie wohnen mit meinem Kater Emil zusammen, der 14 Jahre alt ist. Daher ist es wichtig, dass Sie keine Katzenallergie und eine Affinität zu Tieren haben.
