Had someone cancel so once again I'm renting out my flat from November 01 2021 to the end of January 2022 (likely the 28th). I will stay with my girlfriend during this time who lives very nearby.
The place is perfect for an individual seeking a quiet creative refuge in one of the most popular areas of Neukölln.
Because I use the flat as my studio there are a lot of precious art works and equipment within. Obviously I want to ensure that nothing is damaged. Therefore no parties, smoking and pets are not allowed ;-(
You are welcome to use the monitors. The plants need watering at least once per week. The flat is south facing and bright.

Nich mal vermiete ich meine Wohnung vom 01. November 2021 bis Ende Januar (wahrscheinlich am 28.). Ich werde während dieser Zeit bei meiner Freundin wohnen, die ganz in der Nähe wohnt.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Einzelperson/ein Paar, die einen ruhigen, kreativen Rückzugsort in einer der beliebtesten Gegenden von Neukölln suchen.
Da ich die Wohnung als Atelier nutze, befinden sich darin viele wertvolle Kunstwerke und Geräte. Natürlich möchte ich sicherstellen, dass nichts beschädigt wird. Daher sind keine Partys, Rauchen und Haustiere nicht erlaubt ;-(
Der Großteil der Möbel wird bis Ende Januar bleiben, dann werde ich sie entfernen.
Die Monitore können Sie gerne benutzen. Die Pflanzen müssen mindestens einmal pro Woche gegossen werden.
Situated between Pannierstrasse and Reuterplatz the flat offers very quick access to the canal, Hasenheide, Templehof and transport links such as the U8/U7 and many good bus routes like the M41. All are very nearby.
There are a ton of great restaurants, cafes and bars right on the door step.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor with no lift.
The neighbors next door have in the past complained about noise but this is a rare occurrence. However please note that its an old flat with thin walls.
Unfortunately there is no dishwasher or washing machine (there is a launderette around the corner).
There is only one key.
