I am going away for Holidays and would like to rent my apartment for the time. It is full equiped for one or two person to live. Quiet first floor, in front of a park side street, wooden floor, Sofa, well everything you could use. There is a lovely balcony with plants as well. It is available from 25.01.25 till 20.02.25
The apartment is only a 3 minute walk from the Boddinstrasse subway. Almost in Schillerkiez, on the edge of Hasenheide, so you can see the trees in this park from every window.

Ich bin in Urlaub und biete daher eine befristete Miete. Ruhige Lage, eine Seitenstrasse, vollständig ausgestattet. Mit Balkon. Die Wohnung ist nur 3 Min zu Fuss von Boddinstrasse U-Bahn entfernt. Fast in Schillerkiez, am Rand von Hasenheide, also du siehst die Bäume von diesen Park aus allen Fenster. Eigentliche Adresse ist die Fontanestrasse, die Nebenstrasse.

Du hast direkten Anschluss an den S-Bahn-Ring (S 45/46) und an die U8 (Hermannstraße & Leinestraße), 5 Minuten zur U7 (Neukölln) und außerdem div. Buslinien.
