für o.g. Zeitraum vermiete ich ein Zimmer meiner Altbauwohnung (83qm) im Prenzlauer Berg.
Du wohnst während des Mietzeitraumes alleine und kannst quasi die ganze Wohnung nutzen.
(Ich behalte mir aber vor ggfs. ein paar Tage selbst in dem anderen Zimmer zu sein)
Keine WG!
Vermietung auch kürzer möglich, Minimum 2 Monate
Kaution je nach Mietdauer und Miethöhe = 1 Monatsmiete
Miete ist im Voraus zu zahlen
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG.
Ein Zimmer nach vorne zur Straße, der Rest nach hinten zum Hof.
Mauerpark, Arnimplatz, Helmholtzplatz , Restaurant, Bars, Supermärkte - alles um die Ecke.
Die Tram hält quasi direkt vor der Tür, zur S Bahn Schönhauser Allee sind es 6 Gehminuten.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet.
Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine, Fernseher, schnelles W Lan sind vorhanden.
Bett: 1,60m x 2m
Eigene Möbel sind leider nicht unterzubringen!
Die Wohnung wird nur zur Zwischenmiete angeboten. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

One room to the street, the rest to the courtyard.
Mauerpark, Arnimplatz, Helmholtzplatz , restaurant, bars, supermarkets - everything around the corner.
TRAM stops almost directly in front of the door, to the S Bahn Schönhauser Allee it is 6 minutes walk.
The apartment is fully furnished.

Unfortunately, own furniture can not be accommodated!
