Untermiete in schöner Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg

Da ich für 3 Wochen im Urlaub bin, vermiete ich für den Zeitraum meine schöne 2.5 Zimmer Wohnung im nördlichen Prenzlauer Berg an 1-2 Personen.

Die Wohnung ist 52 qm groß, hat einen kleinen Flur, kleines Bad mit Dusche, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,4x 2 m Bett, eine Wohnküche, ein Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon. Sie liegt im 4. OG eines ruhigen Wohnhauses. Die Gegend ist herrlich ruhig - in die Wohnung kommt von morgens bis abends viel Licht und ihr schaut aus dem Schlaf und Wohnzimmer Fenster in den schönen ruhigen Innenhof des Blocks.

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was zum Leben gebraucht wird.

Die Gegend ist familiär und sehr ruhig. In 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man aber bei zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars.

Ich suche nach verantwortungsvollen Untermietenden, die ein gutes Auge auf die Wohnung und meine Pflanzen haben.

Since I am on vacation for 3 weeks, I am renting my beautiful 2.5 room apartment in northern Prenzlauer Berg to 1-2 people for the period.

The apartment is 52 square meters, has a small hallway, small bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with a 1.4x 2 m bed, an eat-in kitchen, a living room and a balcony. It is located on the 4th floor of a quiet residential building. The area is wonderfully quiet - there is plenty of light in the apartment from morning to evening and you can look out of the bedroom and living room window into the block's beautiful, quiet inner courtyard.

The apartment has everything you need to live.

The neighborhood is familiar and very quiet. However, you can walk to numerous restaurants and bars in 5-10 minutes.

I am looking for responsible tenants who will keep a good eye on the apartment and my plants.
