Die Wohnung befindet sich in Schönholz in Prenzlauer Berg/Pankow. Die Lage ist perfekt: gerade nah genug an der Stadt (15 Minuten zur Schönhauser Allee, 20 Minuten nach Mitte), aber auch weit genug entfernt, um ruhig und entspannt zu sein.

Die S-Bahn-Station Schönholz mit den Linien S1, 25 und 85 ist in 6 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine große Auswahl an Supermärkten und schöne Parks (Grünband, Bürgerpark Pankow) und ein kleiner Wald (Volkspark Schönholzer Heide) befinden sich in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in Schönholz in Prenzlauer Berg/Pankow. The location is perfect: just close enough to the city (15-mins to Schönhauser Allee, 20-mins to Mitte), but also far enough to be quiet and relaxing.

It's a 6-minute walk to the S-bahn station, Schönholz, where services S1, 25, and 85 are available. A broad selection of supermarkets and beautiful parks (a nearby "Grünband", Bürgerpark Pankow) and a small forest (Volkspark Schönholzer Heide) are in the vicinity.

Wenn möglich, würden wir gerne die Schlüssel persönlich übergeben und eine kurze Einführung in unser geliebtes Haus geben.

Bitte beachten Sie die Kaution von 2.000€ in bar, die nach Ihrem Aufenthalt und wenn alles in Ordnung ist, zurückgegeben wird. Die Miete muss bis zum Tag der Schlüsselübergabe bezahlt werden (PayPal oder bar).

If possible we'd like to hand over the keys in person and give a super short introduction into our beloved home.

Please be aware of the 2,000€ deposit in cash, which will be returned after your stay and if everything is in order. The rent needs to be paid till or on key handover day (PayPal or cash).
