Schöne Altbauwohnung mit Balkon in Prenzlauer Berg

Guten Tag,

da ich resien bin, stelle ich Dir meine Wohnung vom 18. Oktober 2024 bis 2. Nocember 2024 zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, Küche, Badezimmer und einen Balkon mit Blick in den Innenhof. Zur Mittagszeit ist der Balkon ein sonniges Plätzchen zum verweilen.
Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und WiFi sind verfügbar, ansonsten ist sie komplett ausgestattet und möbliert. In der Küche stehen auch diverse Küchengeräte zur Verfügung. Ein Fernseher ist auch vorhanden.

Die Wohnung liegt im skandinavischen Viertel in Prenzlauer Berg, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

Der S-Bahnhof Bornholmer Straße ist in fünf Minuten Fussweg zu erreichen, sowie die Tramstation für die M13 und M10. Die Schönhauser Allee mit der Ringbahn und der U2 sind in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Lidl ist direkt vor der Haustür. Auch der Mauerpark ist fußläufig erreichbar. Nette Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Spätis sind ebenso im Radius der Wohnung gut zu erreichen.

since I will be traveling, I will be happy to give you my apartment from 18th of ocotber 2024 until the 2nd of June 2024.

The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen, a balcony and contains all furnitures and kitchen equipment (dishing washer, washing machine, WiFi, television, microwave...).
It is one of these nice apartments in the backyards with high walls.

The apartment is located in the nice neighborhood Prenzlauer Berg.

You have the S-Bahn station Bornholmer Strasse just 5 minutes walking distance away from the apartment, another Tram Station and the Ringbahn Station Schönhauser Allee is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. The supermarket LIDL is right in front of the house. You can find all kinds of cafes, bars and restaurants around the apartment and: the scenery Mauerpark is only 15 minutes walking distance away from the apartment.
