Mein Freund und ich sind vom ca. 24. April bis zum 25. Mai nicht in Berlin und möchten unsere Wohnung untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und großzügig geschnitten, möbliert und gut ausgestattet - hat eine moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein sehr modernes Bad und einen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine.

My boyfriend and I are away from Berlin from around 24.04. till 25.05. and are subletting our place. The apartment is spacious, furnished and has a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a storage room with a washing machine and a also modern bathroom.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen - die S Bornholmer Str. sowie die S+U Schönhauser Allee sind 10 Gehminuten entfernt, direkt vor der Tür fahren die M13 und die 50 und 5 Minuten weiter die M1. Somit braucht ihr zum Alexanderplatz sowie Friedrichstraße jeweils nur 20 Minuten. Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Denn's, DM - alle nicht weiter weg als 10 Min. Fußweg, sowie einen Kiez Markt um die Ecke und einen Späti vor der Tür. In der Gegend gibt es ganz viele Cafés, Restaurants und das volle Prenzlberg-Erlebnis. Trotzdem hat man seine Ruhe hier im Hinterhaus im 2. OG.
Our apartment is located in a beautiful area between S Bornholmer Str. and S+U Schönhauser Allee - both are ten minutes away; there is also a tram station right in front of our building, where you can take the M13 and the 50, and the nearest M1 station is just 5min away. So it also takes just 20 minutes to go to Alexanderplatz or Friedrichstraße. Besides that, there are plenty of supermarkets around here - Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Denn's, DM - all in a less than 10min radius, also there is a Kiez supermarket just around the corner and a Späti right next to our building entrance. Of course there are also tons of cafés and restaurants in the area and you can get the full Prenzlberg experience. Nevertheless, living in the 2nd floor in the rear building means you can get away from all the Berlin noise and live in peace and quiet.
