Unsere wunderschöne 2 Zimmerwohnung liegt super zentral inmitten des schönen Helmholtzkiezes: Unzählige Cafés, kleine Läden, Bars & Restaurants umzingeln die Wohnung. Folgende Öffis sind fußläufig erreichbar:
M10 in 2 Min (fährt in 15 Min zum Hbhf)
M2 in 2 Min (fährt in 7 Min zum Alex)
U2 in 5 Min
Ringbahn in 5 Min
Wir wohnen selbst in der Wohnung, daher ist alles da, was man zum Leben braucht. Wir können die Schränke für die Zeit allerdings nicht komplett freiräumen. Gern räumen wir aber eine Kommode und eine Kleiderstange im Schrank frei. Wir lieben die Wohnung innig und wünschen uns ein bis zwei nette Menschen, die während unserer Abwesenheit die Wohnung genießen können und unseren Pflanzen mal ein Glas Wasser geben. Bitte keine Partys und keine Haustiere!
Bei dem Sofa handelt es sich um ein Schlafsofa:)

The flat is located super central in Prenzlauer Berg. We are surrounded by hundreds of little shops, Cafés, Bars and Restaurants. The connection is really great:

The couch in the living room is a very comfortable sleeping couch (King Size).
