I will be away for around 2-3 weeks, therefore i am offering to sublet my cozy place in central Prenzlauer Berg, next to Mauerpark.
It is 2 room apartment (55qm) with balcony. Very nice and calm area, surrounded with cool cafes, brunch spots and bars. few supermarkets around the corner, 2 mins walk to public transportation. Sunday flea market at Mauerpark is just 5 minutes away by walking! The flat is equiped with all the nesessary amenities you might need during your stay. I'll be leaing my beloved plants too, so i would ask you to water them sometime.
Sublet Period - Oct 15- Nov 7 (flexible dates)
All inclusive cost - 800 EU.
