Only 2 minutes walking distance to the U7 Kleistpark station and 3 minutes walk to S1 Julius-Liebe-Brücke. Plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs, shopping centers, etc. all within a 5 minute walking radius. Kreuzberg and Mitte are only a 5 minute U-bahn station away! You'll have no desire to leave the neighborhood. It is partly furnished. There is a bed, some kitchenware, dinning room table, and a massive fridge. The bathroom is huge - both a shower and a bathtub. The bed is located on the top of the bunk - it's spacious and comfy, even for two. You're more than welcome to bring your furniture into the flat to make it extra cosy.
Price is 1200 EUR monthly for 60 square meters, 2-room flat.
Additional overused heat costs might occur. No Anmeldung since it's a short period.

Sie werden nicht den Wunsch haben, die Nachbarschaft zu verlassen. Sie ist teilweise möbliert. Es gibt ein Bett, einige Küchengeräte, einen Esstisch und einen großen Kühlschrank. 2 kiosks in the area. 5 cafés just on the block and many nightlife attractions all in walking distance. Also several bookstores, galleries, & Shopping Centers/boutiques!
2 parks nearby: Victoria Park in Kreuzberg & Gleisdreieck.
You’ll rarely leave the neighbourhood since everything is practically nearby.
